Hi everyone,
I know with school right now, I am very STRESSED! I bet a lot of you are stressed as well. In this post I will be sharing some ways to reduce stress, enjoy.
1. Yoga or Meditation
Yoga and meditation are great ways to reduce stress. Doing this can drop your stress levels, and make you less anxious. Staying calm while doing this is key. You can find some great yoga and meditation videos online if you don’t know how to do either.
2. Physical Activity
Take a break and go on a run, or do something active. When you exercise you create endorphins, which makes you happy, when you are happy you are less stressed. Remember to stay hydrated while being active.
3. Take a Tea break
Having a little tea break when I am stressed really helps me. Tea can reduce your stress level and make you feel calm. While drinking tea I like to clear my mind, this helps me remain serene. I like to drink earl grey, but chamomile is also excellent.
4. Make a list
A big part of being stressed is not knowing what to get done. I like to make a list of everything I need to accomplish. Even if I know what has to be done, I still like to write down, because I am a very visual person. As I accomplish what is on the list, I like to cross it out. This really makes me calm.
I hope these strategies help you now or in the future. Remember getting really stressed won’t help you, take a deep breath and do your best.
Have a relaxed day!
